I ordered a variety of cupcakes for a birthday party. They were not only beautifully decorated they were delicious. They were so goo, in fact, that some of the guests had two!!! Thanks you so much for making our party memorable.

Visited take the cake today and I couldn’t have been more pleased!! It was my mom’s 82nd birthday so we made it a girls day and went for a drive and dessert! We all thoroughly enjoyed the goodies we had there and each of up bought goodies to take home! the decor was amazing which added to our fun day out! Definitely surpassed our expectations!! Highly recommend!!

Bought a white cake with strawberry frosting. I found the icing too sweet and the cake to icing ratio was off. The white cake was delicious, just would have liked more of it.

We were scheduled to visit family in Okotoks over Christmas and wanted to bring dessert to the family gathering. I called 'Take the Cake' and we emailed back and forth to get the order just right. They were so patient, kind and meticulous for details over many emails!! When we arrived in Okotoks to pick up our order we were stunned at how beautifully decorated the Chocolate Carmel Cake was and all in a Christmas theme! Everyone was so impressed and it was exceptionally delicious, too. Will be visiting 'Take the Cake' everytime we go to Okotoks!! Thank you!!

The "mechanic's cake" you made for my husband's 80th birthday was such a hit. We took so many pictures. How in the world did you craft those tools? That cake made the party!

While we discussed her vision based on the three random elements i wanted to include in the cake design, she integrated the elements beautifully leaving me and my friends and family in awe of the craftsmanship and profound attention to detail.

We Love 94 Take the Cake! For the past quite a few years we have celebrated our Wedding Anniversary there! And each year we have so much FUN plus having Scrumptious food!! We have never had such delicious cupcakes and such beautifully decorated!!! They are always so friendly and eager to please us! I ordered a Birthday cake for my wife's birthday, I provided a picture to be included in the cake design along with other relevant information. 94 Take the Cake then did the rest, they assisted with design and colour options along with asking for personal preferences for the person receiving the cake.
The early communication was excellent to make sure end result was what we were looking for.
When we presented the cake to my wife she was absolutely delighted with our joint design, she was so eager to take pictures of the cake to send to friends and family, we just wanted to eat it, and when we did the flavour we had chosen was absolutely delicious.

Called the night before the birthday party and Sherry got back to me right away. Family loved the salted caramel chocolate cake! It was so good, often I will read that a dessert is supposed to be salted caramel but there is little evidence. This was so chocolatey, and the hint of caramel/salt was just at the end of the tongue. Delicious! A beautiful cake, my sister in law was very touched with her birthday surprise.

Just enjoyed eating your amazing Mother’s Day cupcake totally edible, delicious. Beautiful work of art. I’m now one of your future customers when I’m in Okotoks. ??

Sherry & crew made an amazing grand piano cake for a special surprise birthday party. Not to take away from my wife whose birthday we celebrated, the cake was the hit of the party. Everyone wanted to know where it came from. I was more than happy to let them know who created this masterpiece.

Disappointed with our ordered cake. Cake did not have coconut cream cheese frosting, or the raspberry frosting we asked for. $80 for a small, bog standard cake, should have gone to Safeway, tastes better and a quarter of the price.

Dropped in yesterday with my son ordered some Quiche drinks and macaroons. Wow first off the double cheese and the spinach tomato quiche where absolutely delicious.The salted caramel coffee was the best and the macaroons where amazing according to my son. We where both impressed with how cozy the place is and the staff are super friendly. Even the owner Sherry introduced herself and asked how everything tasted and we said it was awesome thanks.I highly recommend this place based on our experience.We will definitely be back thanks again for the outstanding food and great customer service. This is the only place I order my cakes from! Sherry and Robyn go above and beyond when it comes to making cakes, they have made every special occasion cake for my family in the last year and I couldn’t be more pleased. You can give them any idea and they will deliver! Not only do their cakes look amazing but there is never any leftovers !
