1) Appointments: We are trying to limit the amount of people in our reception area to help with social distancing protocols. We ask that when you arrive at the clinic for your vet appointment, to call us from your vehicle to let us know you are here. We will call you once we have a room available, while you wait in the parking lot or take a short walk. We ask that during appointments and while in the reception area, to (), from our staff and others. This will help protect both our team members and our clients.
2) Pet Food/Medications: Our distributor is currently taking 2 days to ship pet food items. This is due to the overwhelming amounts of food being ordered by all the clinics and they are unable to keep up overnight. There is of food, it is just taking longer to ship than usual. We ask that you are diligent in not letting your pet food run too low. We are also asking that if you need pet food or medication refills to call or email us ahead of time to minimize the time spent in clinic.
