Had such an awesome day hanging with the The Back 40 - Tasty Alberta Takeaway crew as they ran a trial run test kitchen for friends and family. Absolutely delicious scratch-made food, huge portions, and everything is 100% gluten-free (best gluten-free buns EVER)! We had their signature brisket, and a burger with a fried egg on it. Words can't describe it...! Oh and Chimmi's sauces are incorporated in lots of the menu items too! Just love this amazing family and their dream Opening soon, watch out for these guys!
