About Us

Opened in 2006, we are proud to be located in and to work very closely with the Town of Okotoks Recreation Centre to provide affordable fitness options for Okotoks.  We also operate the local Natural High CrossFit centre at 113 Fisher Street, which we opened in 2009.  Come see us at either location to discover how we can help you on your journey to better living through better fitness!
