Congratulations to the Wood family (Gerry, Elaine, Rory, Megan and Cailean) who were honoured with the Outstanding Philanthropic Family Generosity of Spirit Award presented by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Calgary and Area Chapter.

The Wood family was nominated by the Mount Royal University Transitional Vocational Program for their ongoing support of the program as well as numerous other community groups including the Woodridge PREP Centre, The Salvation Army, STARS, KidSport, and the Shaw Charity Classic. The award was presented during a special AFP virtual ceremony hosted by Dave Kelly.
