Derek was literally a life saver today. After buckling my 3 year old and 2 year old into their car seats I shut the door leaving my keys on the front seat. All 4 doors were locked. Really great service. Derrick gave us good advice and quickly installed new doorknobs, deadbolts, and a keypad for keyless entry. We were considering having all doors with keypads and Derrick told us that really, only one was necessary on the most used door. THIS SAVED US $500. Then he rekeyed a couple of the deadbolts instead of selling us new ones. Again, he saved us money.
