“Balti" is not an ingredient but rather the way it is cooked. We went way off traditional here and decided to put this one in the slowcooker. It is a subtle curry made with Greek yogurt & mango chutney, making it a bit sweet. This is definitely a meal that both kids and adults LOVE. I can say with certainty, you need to try this one! Served with basmati rice and naan (included in the meal kit).
