Amazing company and staff! I couldn't find a filter for my hot tub and the helped me out. They even delivered it right to me the same day!!! They also have a discount program so I actually saved $$$ on my filter and I get another discount on my next purchase. 100% love these guys and recommend them!

The absolute Worst Company to work with. Horrible horrible customer service, They lied on their invoices and set a collection agency trying to purposely damage my credit all for $45. If you ever have the chance to work with this company you shouldn't, they will definitely try to screw you over.
The Business Owner Replied:
Mr. Fine hired us to maintain his hot tub. Payments for services was a combination of credits with Exmerce, a "Barter Service" company that we both belong to, along with payable invoices that would be sent to him on a monthly basis. He paid his first 2 invoices but then disputed charges on his 3rd invoice stating that "We didn't know what we were doing and charging him wrong" so he only paid part of the invoice. We advised him again that the original agreement set up was that his bi-weekly service for chemical maintenance was payable using his "Barter" credits but that everything else was payable by cash and he would be invoiced accordingly. He then decided to ignore our payment requests and even brought "his" issue to the Barter company that we found each other through.
We spent almost 2 months trying to resolve the issue with him directly but he refused to work with us. This left us no choice but to involve a 3rd party collection agency which we only did as a last resort. In the meantime, Mr. Fine has sent our company threatening emails stating that "I will do everything possible including in Calgary, my 30,000 person list on LinkedIn what kind of company you have."
Mr. Fine has been trying to use his professional experience in social media to stain our good name by posting negative reviews everywhere he can.
Exmerce, the barter company has issued a statement on our behalf in regards to this complaint as well to which I have attached below.

My name is Nelson Liem, and I am the President of Exmerce Barter Inc.
It has been brought to my attention that Mr. Allan Fine with Executive Edge has filed a complaint towards Western Tub & Pool. Both Executive Edge and Western Tub & Pool participate and are members of a barter exchange we operate in Calgary called Exmerce. I’d like to address a few things to show our support, the truth and protect the integrity of Western Tub & Pool.
Western Tub & Pool fulfilled the service to Mr. Allan Fine. Allan had withheld cash payment for material cost that was not payable on barter through Exmerce. Western Tub & Pool had reached out several times to Mr. Allan Fine without any response. As a result, Allan’s refusal to pay led Western Tub & Pool to send the outstanding dues to collections for payment. This led Allan to become upset and file the complaint.
The comments lodged against Western Tub & Pool are not true.
We have worked with Western Tub & Pool for 5+ years, and we’ve never had any complaints amongst our members – and members have always appreciated their help and service. I ask that there is consideration to remove the complaint.
