TRAINING FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM beginning Saturday April 18th. We are extremely excited to announce our Spring Development Program which will then lead into our Summer Program. Join me in welcoming our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, Jessica Leemans. Jessica will be leading our Hockey Development Program over the spring and summer months, using her cutting-edge practical knowledge, scientific research, and hockey specific drills to create drastic improvements in skating ability, power, strength, endurance and agility. Currently, Jessica is completing her Doctorate in Elite Performance, focusing on injury prevention for some of the most problematic sports injuries. Jessica has overseen Sports Conditioning for hockey programs, hockey camps, and has worked with many hockey players of all levels and ages to ensure optimal long-term development and surpassing performance goals of the hockey athlete. Jessica has worked with hockey athletes of all levels and ages, including the WHL and NCAA D1 level and continues to work with them as they aim for higher goals.
