Courteous, reliable service and good advice. First, Okotoks Vacuum installed a new vacuum outlet in my home. The installation went well, was reasonably priced and I am very happy with the result. Second, they helped me keep a very old power head out of the landfill for as long as possible by repairing it when needed. Eventually, they gave me the sound advice to replace the power head, rather than continuing to repair it. I am glad that I did. I recommend Okotoks Vacuums with no reservations.
I purchased a hoover vacuum Jan 2021. Used twice returned to store in April as it was not working very well. He looked at it and there was a ring blocking it from working. Exceptional service, Faisal was very professional and I like the fact that he sells top quality vacuums from Germany as I only like buying the best because you get better longevity with fewer repairs. I recently gave up on my Dyson DC 32 as it required a new powerhead every year. I bought the Sebo D4 vacuum as it has medical grade filters which are great for my wife's allergies, it runs a lot quieter than my Dyson did and it comes with 10 years warranty.
Was very pleased with the service I received. Had to bring in a Bissel carpet cleaner for repair. Kumar explained the problem simply to me that made the process very seamless and convenient. I am happy to support local small business owners and would highly recommend this store.
Fantastic customer service! I fixed my Kenmore vacuum powerhead after a small piece snapped and it stopped working. They replaced the two pieces that needed replacing and had me out the door in less than half an hour. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
